Planning a dinner party is easy! Follow these 3 steps
Step 1:

-What event your planning and what your exact needs are-
-Any questions we may have of one another-
-Explain how the dinner party process works in more detail-
-Check date availability and if comfortable move to step 2-
Step 2:
Approve the menu type for your dinner party - Signature Or Custom -
-Signature menus are three courses; appetizer, entree, dessert-
-Pick one of each from my signature menu options (menus and pricing found here)-
-Or choose a custom, made just for you, multi course menu (sample menu and pricing found here)-
-Discuss any dietary restrictions, allergies, and or wine pairings-
-Stay in contact about any changes needed leading up to the event, move to step 3-
Step 3:
Day of event activities
-Contact you to confirm event, time of arrival, last minute details-
-Arrive to house/rental space with fresh ingredients-
-Prepare, cook, and serve you and your guests with a smile-
-Thoroughly clean your kitchen, equipment, and dining area-
-Process final payment-

Step 1:
Schedule a quick phone call to get to know one another and discuss the basics such as…
Would a personal chef service be a good fit for you and your family?
Types of food you enjoy and or any allergies you may have along with any other dietary restrictions that we might need to incorporate
Preferred cook days/times
Food Storage Logistics
Simple explanation of food cost and my services
Answer any questions we may have of one another and if ready we move onto step 2
Step 2:
Schedule a visit to your residence or local coffee shop to...
Get to know each other and develop rapport
Plan out a customized meal plan that best suits your needs
Review food cost and cooking services
Set a date and time for a cook day
Determine If I'll be cooking in your kitchen (Very Common)
Or if I'll be preparing the meals in my off site commercial kitchen and be delivering them to your residence
Set expectations in regards to communication, kitchen equipment access, clean up, time of food preparation, and other details that need ironed out if cooking occurs in your residence
Step 3:
Cook Day
Grocery shopping will be included with your service and I will make all the necessary purchases in advance at a location of your choice.
I’ll arrive on our pre-agreed time with all fresh ingredients and proper equipment
I will cook with a high level of culinary skill in previously agreed upon time frame
Meals will be packaged according to your preferences in containers that are labeled with the date and reheating instructions
Kitchen will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized! Everything returned to its proper place
Step 4:
Relax and enjoy your meals!

Evaluate and adjust all variables as needed
