By accessing the website at http://www.savvyshef.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

  2. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Savvy Shef's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ohio.

Referral Program - Terms of Service

  1. How It Works
  2. You must be a Savvy Shef customer. Your friend books a service with Savvy Shef.
  3. During booking, your friend must indicate your name or email address, either by entering it in the Savvy Shef contact form, Savvy Shef e-mail, or if booking via telephone by mentioning it to the Savvy Shef owner. Please note: If your friend does not indicate during the booking process, eligibility still stands as long as the referrers name is mentioned prior to the scheduled day of service.
  4. For each new referral, we will provide the indicated discount off your next booking. Note:Only one referral discount allowed per service.
  5. Eligibility
  • This offer only applies to current clients of Savvy Shef in good standing and those clients whom they refer to a new service booking. Any other offers as well as any other promotional rewards cannot be combined and are excluded from this offer unless otherwise agreed upon with Savvy Shef.
  • The indicated discount will only be provided if your name or email is entered during the booking process, either online or communicated to the owner/operator of Savvy Shef at the time of booking or at very least prior to the day of the referees service.
  • The discount will be provided only towards the referrers services booked within a calendar year from the completed service date of the referee.
  • This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.
  1. Program Terms
  • Referral discounts must be for new Savvy Shef clients and their completed services.
  • Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
  • Discounts will be provided to your next booking(s) within a calendar year from the completed service date of the referee.
  • Savvy Shef reserves the right to revoke discounts for violations to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, for fraud, cancellations and/or a substantial change in business circumstances.
  • Details of the program are subject to change without notice.
